Mr. Chakrabarti is the promoter of this company and is in the industry since 1978. He also has an
Insurance Broking Company in Kenya dealing with Insurers like Kenindia Assurance Co. Ltd. (a
subsidiary of GIC and LIC), British American Insurance Co., Prudential, Lion of Kenya, American
Life Insurance Co, Heritage Insurance Co., Jubilee Insurance Co. & many others in the market
having 42 Insurers and 90 Brokers inclusive of all International Ones.

Mr. Ashok K Sharma - BA LLB, A.I.I.I.
Mr. Sharma is in General Insurance Industry for over 38 years with 7 years of International Market
experience. He was the Principal Officer of Trans Africa Assurance Co. Ltd., Kampala, Uganda.
